Complete the form below to submit a privacy request. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days. Opt-out requests are processed as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days.

Opting out of sale and sharing
Like many comparison services, CarCoverCompass shares information you submit with insurance providers and marketing partners and may receive compensation in return. We also allow advertising partners to collect information through cookies to show you relevant ads. Under some state laws, these activities may be considered a "sale" of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising."
When you opt out, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward, and we will notify third parties to whom we have sold or shared your information in the past 90 days, where required by law. Opting out does not prevent us from sharing your information with a provider when you specifically direct us to connect you with that provider.
Global Privacy Control
You can also opt out by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and any profile associated with it, where required by applicable law. Because the signal is browser-specific, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
Other privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to appeal our decision on your request. Verification and authorized agents
To protect your information, we will verify requests to know, correct or delete by matching the information you provide with the information we hold. We do not require verification for opt-out requests, but we may request information needed to locate your records. If you use an authorized agent, we may require signed written permission and may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.
